Got a temp part time job today! Only pays minumum wage but hey, money's money. And everyone there is really nice so that's a definite plus. 

But anyway, since I'm taking both a hardcore anatomy class and having a job at the same time, I'm probably not going to lurk on the forums as much as I used to. I'll of course still post art and stuff, but that's the thing-- I'm going to prioritize doing art over browsing. So ye! If I disappear for certain amounts of time, that's probably why. 

So uh, I'm dumb. Writing this here so I don't forget my shenanigins. 

My sister came over yesterday, was drinking some wine, and offered me a sip. I didn't really wanna drink out of the same bottle she did since they were mini-bottles and she didn't pour it anywhere. So I poured some into a smaller cup trying to measure what a "sip" is... and poured way more than what is actually considered a sip without realizing it because apparently I'm that bad with measurements.

So after she went home ~15-20 minutes later, when I was walking upstairs, I noticed that my vision started to look really funky. Like everything looked a few shades darker and my head felt weird. I sat down on my chair and felt to need to listen to music, so I ended up listening to about 3 goreshit albums in their entireity. All the while I drew a bunch of art because I felt the urge to draw cute grils. 

After about two hours, I felt extremely tired and ended up almost falling asleep numerous times while still spamming goreshit to myself. 

I went to sleep, and when I woke up today everything now hurts. My arm feels like it's about to fall off for some reason, my hunch being because I kept drawing so much.

So yeah. That was an interesting experence, though I can't at all see how or why people do this often. I barely drank much at all yet my brain hurts so much. Not worth it for me imo.

tl;dr

I accidentally got tipsy/drunk, and ended up drawing anime garb while listening to goreshit for 3 hours straight. 

So for anyone else who posts their work on Deviantart on the side, has anyone else noticed a sudden drop of views in the past couple days? I just submitted my most recent and it didn't do so well so I figured that something about it was wrong, or that maybe the thumbnail wasn't compelling enough. 

But here's the thing; I submitted another piece to my side account which is part of a niche community. Normally work submitted there gets a lot more views than my normal stuff... but the same thing happened. It only got a very miniscule amount within a couple hours when normally it gets a huge spike and then drops off. 

Are people maybe migrating off of Deviantart and onto to greener pastures? I'm also suspecting that they maybe changed something on the front/newest section.

Ay, long time no see. I just finished the rough parts of an animation I've been working on (and by rough, I mean there's barely any inbetweens yet). I just felt like putting this here in case I get bored and end up scrapping it, and for critque. ;u; Is there anything that seems iffy movement-wise? I'm really rusty so I'm not quite sure if I'm doing everything right. x:

So I almost impulse bought a cockatiel yesterday. To be fair, it was a really cute baby one (AND it was a whitefaced pearl) that was about a month old, and it adorable lemme tell you. But yeah, I almost just dropped down 200 dollars on a birb. ;;

So moral of the story: I need supervision when I visit the pet store, otherwise I'm just gonna buy every pet in sight. >:o But yeah, as a sidenote I might get a birb soon (hopefully). That's been my goal for 5 years so I felt like that was semi-important. 

OH actually I do have something more newsworthy-- I'm trying to get into voice acting. So far it's been auditions since I don't have a demo reel yet, but I might end up posting one fairly soon. So yeah! If you need a voice actress in high to low ranges in either an overly monotone or hyper voice, lemme know. 

[edit] And now I can't change my icon to a christmas hat without sacrificing my watermelon man. ;_;

I just realized that it's already almost holiday season and that it's gonna be 2018 pretty soon here. Even though it didn't before, it feels weird now that time goes by so quickly sometimes. At the same time, I get to put my christmas hat back on soon. I want my hat back. Gimme.

I'm user of the day! :0 I'd never thought the day would come and it just made my migrane slightly more tolerable.

I would like to thank my cat and the whales for supporting me in my endeavours. 

I finally graduated, back on the 16th. This whole year I felt pretty bummed about it, I got over it midway, and now that it acutally happened I feel like those feelings have reemerged. After this point, things are going to change which is pretty terrifying to say the least. :o Plus, I'm probably never going to see my classmates ever again which is also kinda spooky.

On the bright side, I can buy a bird and no one can judge me for it. >:0

But yeah. I'm a big boi now.
